He has been a master in maintaining and delivering SOW’s as per the client specifications in due course of time with the highest degree of precision. A deep passion for cyber security and delivery multiple lectures on the same, his in-depth knowledge of cloud computing, cyber security, ERP (consulting, implementation, execution and review) augur well for overall development of businesses across sectors.

He has been a guiding force for the company as well as the initial stage Investor of the company. His work ethics and principles reflect in our Culture and zeal for improvement. He is Certified Independent Director at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), MCA. He has been in active practice of Chartered Accountancy for more than 18 years. He is the Founder / Managing Partner in M/s SKYZ & Co, Chartered Accountants. His core area of practice is to manage the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, Forensic Audits, Bank Audits, Corporate Audits & Tax Consultancy. He has acted as a Resolution Professional & Liquidator in the various companies under Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, 2016 across various cities in India.
Is an Independent Director of our Company. She is a commerce graduate from University of Calcutta & also holding the degree of LLB. She is a Chairperson of Patna Chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), She is the fellow member of the Institute having more than 13 years of experience in Corporate Law. Presently, She is working in Bihar State Road Development Corporation Limited as a Company Secretary. She is associated with our Company since September, 2021.
